TUBE PACKAGING MODULES

Add the Packaging Process You Need

Standalone and integration-ready modules for ultrasonic sealing, filling, tube handling and finishing.

Module overview

GDA packaging modules are developed for projects that need one focused process rather than a complete new machine.

A module may operate as a standalone station, retrofit into suitable existing equipment or become part of a customized automation system.

Integration paths

Use the Module at the Right Level of Automation

A focused process module can support manual production, upgrade suitable existing equipment or become part of a customized automation platform.

Standalone Station

A focused workstation for one packaging step with manual loading or operator-assisted handling.

Retrofit Integration

Add sealing, filling, trimming or feeding capability to suitable existing machinery or OEM equipment.

Customized System

Combine several processes with coordinated motion, controls, safety and factory integration.

Start with the Production Step That Needs Improvement

Each group below connects a packaging need with representative modules. Final tooling, controls and interfaces are developed around the package, filling product and production method.

ultrasonic tube sealing and tube-end finishing modules
01 • SEAL & FINISH

Close and Finish the Package

Apply ultrasonic sealing and controlled trimming to create the required closure and finished tube-end profile.

Representative modules

CP-SU
Ultrasonic tube sealing

CP-CU
Tube-end trimming and profile finishing

metered filling and anti-drip nozzle modules
02 • FILL & DOSE

Control Product Delivery

Configure the filling method and nozzle around product viscosity, target volume, sanitation and cut-off behavior.

Representative modules

CP-MF / CP-PF
Metered filling concepts

CP-DN
Anti-drip and application-specific nozzles

automatic empty tube feeding and handling module
03 • HANDLE & FEED

Prepare Tubes for Processing

Feed and position empty tubes before filling, sealing or downstream automation.

Representative module

CP-FD
Automatic empty-tube feeding and positioning

When several processes must work together CP-AFS combines filling, sealing, finishing, handling, controls and safety within one customized production system. Explore CP-AFS →

FAQ

Tube Packaging Modules FAQ

Quick answers for teams considering one process module or an integrated packaging system.

Yes. Suitable modules can be configured with the controls, guarding and operator interface required for standalone or assisted operation.

Potentially. Mechanical space, part presentation, control signals, cycle timing, guarding and utility requirements must be reviewed before confirming retrofit feasibility.

CP-AFS is generally more suitable when several processes must share one indexing method, control system, safety concept and production workflow. Individual modules are more appropriate when only one process is being added or upgraded.
