GDA is an ultrasonic engineering team focused on practical applications, not only equipment specifications. Our team background covers industrial ultrasonic welding, metal bonding, tube packaging, food cutting, precision blade development and production-line integration.
Today, our core manufacturing focus is ultrasonic food cutting systems. This focus is supported by decades of accumulated ultrasonic experience across different materials, industries and production challenges.
Ultrasonic Engineering
Practical engineering experience built through decades of industrial ultrasonic applications and production support.
Engineering Expertise
Experience across plastic welding, metal welding, tube sealing, food cutting and automation.
Food Cutting Systems
Machine development, ultrasonic blade manufacturing and production applications.
Application Support
Supporting customers through international exhibitions, application trials and production projects.
What Defines Our Team
Ultrasonic projects require more than selecting a generator or machine model. Stable performance comes from understanding the material, tool, fixture, frequency behavior and production environment together.
Engineering Expertise
We evaluate ultrasonic applications from process behavior, not only from equipment names or catalogue specifications.
Application Validation
Cutting and ultrasonic feasibility tests help connect real products with practical machine configuration.
Precision Blade Technology
Experience in ultrasonic tools, sonotrodes and food-cutting blades supports stable output and long-term use.
Automation Integration
We consider fixtures, operators, conveyors, recipes and production flow when planning ultrasonic systems.
From Ultrasonic Engineering to Production Solutions
Our engineering background started from industrial ultrasonic applications and has grown into food cutting systems, tube sealing modules and ultrasonic component integration.
This cross-application experience allows us to evaluate complete ultrasonic systems with a practical engineering approach for real production environments.
- Plastic welding for thermoplastic joining, riveting, staking and assembly applications
- Metal welding experience for selected industrial bonding applications such as battery and solar-related processes
- Tube sealing for cosmetics, daily chemicals, ointments and soft-tube packaging modules
- Food cutting as today's primary engineering focus, supported by in-house blade and machine development
Current Focus: Ultrasonic Food Cutting
Food cutting is our current primary engineering focus — especially for bakery, dessert, confectionery, frozen and prepared-food applications.
We help customers evaluate difficult cutting challenges such as sticky fillings, delicate cream layers, frozen products, multi-layer desserts and prepared foods that deform under conventional cutting methods.
While food cutting is our primary manufacturing focus today, our engineering experience extends across industrial ultrasonic applications including welding, packaging and precision tooling.

Precision Blade Technology
Ultrasonic food-cutting blades are not ordinary knives. Stable output depends on titanium machining, blade geometry, resonance behavior and practical tuning experience.
Our team has accumulated years of in-house ultrasonic blade development experience. Each blade solution is verified for its intended frequency range and matched to the application, helping customers replace only the blade when appropriate, rather than the entire ultrasonic stack.
We also support blade evaluation and refurbishment when returned blades are repairable, helping reduce losses caused by collision, overcut or improper operation.
30+ Years of Ultrasonic Engineering Experience
Our development follows real application needs — from industrial ultrasonic systems to food cutting, precision blade development and automation-ready solutions.
Industrial Ultrasonic Foundation
Team experience began with ultrasonic industrial applications such as plastic welding, tooling, equipment support and process troubleshooting.
Broader Ultrasonic Applications
Expanded application experience into selected metal welding, packaging, tube sealing and automation-related ultrasonic systems.
GDA Engineering Platform
Developed ultrasonic equipment solutions supported by in-house design, manufacturing and application engineering.
Food Cutting Systems & Blade Technology
Expanded into ultrasonic food cutting, developed in-house titanium cutting blades and built slicing solutions for bakery and food applications.
Food Cutting, Components & Application Support
Focused on ultrasonic food cutting machines, compact systems, blade engineering, ultrasonic components and application-based technical support.
Our Engineering Process
From application review to production implementation, we evaluate ultrasonic projects through product behavior, tooling, machine configuration and real operating conditions.
Application Discussion
Every project starts with understanding the product, material, production goal and operating environment. For food cutting, this may include product height, temperature, texture, inclusions and expected portion quality.
Engineering Evaluation
We evaluate the ultrasonic system, blade and tooling configuration, fixture concept and machine configuration. The goal is to match the application with a practical and stable ultrasonic solution.
Testing & Validation
Application testing and engineering validation help confirm cutting performance, tool behavior and production feasibility before moving toward final machine or component configuration.
Implementation Support
After configuration, we support machine setup, operator guidance, process adjustment and long-term application improvement for food cutting, packaging and industrial ultrasonic projects.
