Dense Filled Sandwiches
Tuna filling · cheese · soft bread
CONTINUOUS HALF-CUTTING FOR READY-TO-EAT PRODUCTS
Ultrasonic cutting for sandwiches, wraps and burritos.
INLINE SANDWICH CUTTING
USC-1AX is designed for producers who need a reliable half-cut after sandwich assembly. Product guides control orientation as the conveyor carries each item into the ultrasonic cutting station. Straight, diagonal and application-specific cuts can be developed by changing the guide configuration, while the ultrasonic blade reduces compression and helps preserve a clean, presentable cut surface.
PURPOSE-BUILT PLATFORM
A compact inline system for bakeries, central kitchens and ready-meal producers that need consistent half-cutting without the maintenance burden of a conventional saw.
The conveyor moves assembled products through one dedicated cutting station.
Product guides can be developed for straight, diagonal or special presentations.
Low-compression cutting helps limit filling displacement and bread deformation.
Conveyor length and transfer height can be adapted to adjacent stations.
MACHINE HIGHLIGHTS
The machine combines an ultrasonic cutting module with product-specific guides and a continuous conveyor. The focused layout keeps daily operation straightforward while allowing the cutting station to match different sandwich shapes and line conditions.
MACHINE IN OPERATION
The demonstration shows product entry, ultrasonic half-cutting, discharge and inspection of tuna-mayo, chicken and wrap-style products.
REAL CUTTING EXPERIENCE
Representative results showing how the system handles soft bread, dense fillings, layered ingredients and irregular meat profiles.
Tuna filling · cheese · soft bread
Irregular meat · sauce · stable discharge
Club sandwich · ham · vegetables
Wraps · rolls · custom geometry
Final cutting quality depends on bread condition, product temperature, filling distribution, product geometry and required cut angle. Application testing is recommended before fixture design.
SYSTEM PLANNING
Every production line is different. Product characteristics, production targets and available space all influence how an ultrasonic cutting solution should be configured.
Evaluate product dimensions, shape and cutting requirements.
Define the desired cut style, presentation and production goals.
Consider conveyor layout, available space and upstream or downstream equipment.
Configure an ultrasonic cutting solution that fits the complete production process.
